JohData tells the truth about your time. The phone logs the day in ten seconds; the desktop reads what the screen actually did. One honest week, in one file you own.

How it fits together

The phone logs it. The desktop reads it.

Both apps share one score, one 4am-to-4am day, one account. What they share and what they never share is written down before either ships.

Log the day

Wake, bedtime, plank, workout, a page count. About ten seconds. Siri can log wake and bed for you.

Read the screen

The desktop records every focused window and prices distraction in your own units: pages, sessions, hours.

A preview render of JohData Desktop's Wins page: a reading goal with its pace line and check-ins.

Agree through your account

One sign-in, no password. The ledger syncs both ways; the desktop sends the phone one small summary per day.

Honest by design

Unknown is never zero.

A day the tracker never saw stays untracked and leaves every average alone. An estimate is marked ≈ and never written into your data.

Nothing leaves your machine.

Window titles never sync. The phone sees the shape of a day, never its contents. No analytics, on either app.

You pay to see it, not to record it.

Logging stays free forever. Looking back on the phone, and the desktop app, are what Stream and River open.
